Drusilda A. "Dru" Kah

August 1, 1938 - July 23, 2019

Drusilda (Dru) A. Kah passed away Tuesday, July 23th at 7:26pm in Fairfield Township, Ohio. She was born on August 1, 1938 and was the daughter of Adrian M and Blanch M (Bryan) Meier who proceed her in death. In 1957 she married Terry J. Kah who she was married to for over 57 years until his death in 2015. Dru was a 1956 graduate of Blume High School in Wapakoneta and was a member of First English Lutheran Church where she taught Bible School and served in other capacities for many years. She was an active member in the Wapakoneta’s Coterie Women’s Club and the Jaycettes. She loved playing bridge weekly and attending Ohio State football games. She was a wonderful homemaker whose true passion was her family that includes 1 daughter Lori (Michael) Geren and two sons Terry (Sherrie) Jr. and Matthew (Cindy) Kah. She adored her 8 grandchildren Lucas (Carley), Nathan, and Jordan Geren, Mallorie (Chris) Shank, Madelyn and Marissa Kah and Ryan and Colin Kah. She also had three great grandchildren Finn, Hayes, and Annelle Geren. She was proceeded in death by her brother Fred Meier and sister Mary (Meier) Van Etten. She loved each of her nine nieces and nephews and their families. Her family would like to express their gratitude to everyone at Hospice of Southwest Ohio for all their love and support. The family will receive family and friends from 9 -12 a.m., Friday, July 26 with a service following at 12:45 p.m. at the Eley Funeral Home, 1102 Lincoln Ave. (St. Rt. 501), Wapakoneta, with Pastor Neil Brady officiating. She will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Parkinson’s Disease Association at www.apdaparkinson.org. Condolences may be expressed at www.eleyfuneralhomeandcrematory.com.
